Love my new yarn winder! It works so much better than the other one I had

I love ordering from Knit Picks, if I can’t find what I need in my lys then I can find something here! I have only had one mixup in the 8+ years of ordering from them and they resolved it quickly and pleasantly. I appreciate they’re early customer service hours, I work two jobs, and being able to call at the ungodly hour of 6am is amazing. You guys rock!

Products are fine, but the web site filters could be improved. I like to filter for more than one option, but find it reverts to only one .

I love everything about Knit Picks, except that their delivery time is a bit slow. I've been especially happy with the merino wool yarn I've ordered. Also, I wish they could figure shipping into their prices, so you wouldn't have to pay extra for it.

I've always loved your yarns and helpful phone people.
My gripe is no free shipping to Hawaii, which IS a state! If you had said so on your website or in the catalog, that would have saved me the unpleasant surprise. The wording was "Free shipping to U.S. and it's territories"....Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, but not Hawaii? Come on, use a Flat-rate Box. My complaint got me a refund on the shipping, but I was told it was a one time only good will gesture. Please re-consider your copy and your policies.

I was so grateful for the kit Knit picks sent. Not only is the patterned sweater, Professor Meowington a quick and fun knit, but the amount of yarn I needed was at an affordable cost (considering the quality of the material) and all right there in the box, which arrived more quickly than expected. The only drawback and why I give 4 out of 5 stars is that I do wish Knitpicks would provide a printed pattern with their kits.

Your yarn is good. I wouldn’t say exceptional. The color choices were rather limiting and when knitting it was very splitting. I found several spots where the yarnhad not been fully twisted making a distinctive fullness to several stitches .
